Davina is in her 9th year serving on the High School LEAD team and is currently Assistant Superintendent of High Schools and College and Career Readiness (CCR). Davina brings an expertise in facilitating effective adult learning, leadership coaching, leading change, and continuous improvement. Davina brings 25+ years of experience as an educator in urban schools as a teacher, Community Schools Director, School Site Administrator, New Schools Design Coach, Leadership Coach, and Principal Supervisor.
